Karla began her career in real estate as a personal assistant to a property developer, where she quickly learned the fundamentals of the property industry. This hands-on role provided a strong foundation which she built upon during six years as an On-Site Manager, gaining valuable experience working with body corporate, tenants and owner-occupiers.

In 2010, Karla relocated to the Gold Coast, bringing with her a broad skill set and a passion for property. Over the years, she has taken on a more campaign-focused role, managing the entire process of preparing properties for the market and occupation. From coordinating trades and ensuring compliance to working closely with owners and clients, Karla ensures every property is ready to go to market with confidence.

Her background allows her to approach each campaign with a practical mindset and attention to detail, while still providing a smooth and supportive experience for both property owners and tenants. She is known for staying one step ahead, keeping everything on track, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
